SEA TRAILS Prepolymer SeriesFor applications that require extra dynamic performance and abrasion resistance, We will introduce the SEA TRAILS Prepolymer Series which is powered by the next generation of ultra high-performance aliphatic di-isocyanate. It has a very linear and symmetrical structure with respect to the isocyanate groups, resulting in a highly crystalline hard-segment structure which provides ultra high-performance elastomer properties. Its “aliphatic” nature allows a light and color stable elastomer, which is exceptionally well suited for outdoor applications or for applications in extreme environments.

Custom Systems DevelopmentWe can and we will be able to develop and sample custom prepolymers and curatives in a short time frame. By previous experience, we can developed approximately 30 experimental products each year which translates to greater than 2 every month. For prepolymers, we are able to do a wide variety of chemistries including conventional TDI, low free TDI, MDI, and aliphatic systems. Many attributes can be optimized such as pot life, demold time, grindability, viscosity, hardness, physical state (liquid vs. solid), resiliency, and compression set, just to name a few. We can also develop custom curatives to fit requirements like A:B ratio, viscosity, and physical properties.
